“If you have commercial insurance, such as insurance you receive through an employer, you may be eligible to pay as little as $35 per 30-day supply (maximum savings up to $65 per 30-day supply) or pay no more than $99 for up to 24 months).”

Before you use a discount card

Discount cards like GoodRx take money off the pharmacy’s cash price. For a brand-name drug, that price is often still high. With commercial insurance, Novolog’s own card may bring it to as little as $35 a month. Paying cash, the maker’s own price is from $35 a month.

There’s no authorized generic of Novolog.
“Commercial insurance” means a plan from a job, from the marketplace, or one you buy yourself. A retiree plan that’s part of Medicare counts as Medicare. Co-pay cards can’t be used with Medicare (including Medicare Advantage), Medicaid, TRICARE or VA.
