Rx Authorized generic Not listed now
An authorized generic of Polytrim has been sold in the past, but none is listed with the FDA right now. It may have been discontinued.
Ask your pharmacist whether a regular generic (polymyxin b sulfate and trimethoprim sulfate) is available. Generics usually cost much less than the brand.
